오전 5:56:00
If you haven’t invested in a spiralizer yet, you really should get it soon for preparing healthy vegetable noodles. You can spiralize many things which you love it once you prepare that.

You can also spiralize many vegetables like carrot, beets, sweet potatoes, turnips, jicama, and apples.

Here’s I guide you to prepare easy carrot noodle recipe that’s too healthy, which you can make it quick, and it will be a perfect weeknight dinner.
First Step - spiralizing your carrots.

Stir together rice vinegar, soy sauce, and peanut butter to make a super easy peanut sauce.

Heat a little oil in a large pan, then add the carrot noodles and cook them for a couple minutes. Add shredded chicken (for vegans avoid chicken), scallions, and the peanut sauce, and stir everything together.

Once the chicken is heated, add chopped cilantro and stir everything again. Once it’s all mixed together, you’re done!

Carrot Noodles with Chicken and Peanut Sauce:-

Servings: 2
Recipe by Christine Byrne

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 medium carrots, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari, if you’re gluten-free)
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 4 scallions, whites thinly sliced, greens cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 8 ounces cooked chicken (for vegans avoid chicken), skin removed, shredded
  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves, roughly chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Use a spiralizer to spiralize the peeled carrots into “noodles”. If you don’t have a spiralizer, you can use a vegetable peeler to shave the carrots into ribbons, but it won’t be exactly the same.

2. In a small bowl, stir together rice vinegar, soy sauce, and peanut butter to make the peanut sauce. Set aside.

3. Heat canola oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the carrot noodles and season with salt. Cook, stirring often, just until the carrots start to soften, about 2 minutes. Add the scallions and cook, stirring, just until the scallion whites start to soften, about a minute. Add the chicken and peanut sauce and cook, stirring, until the chicken is hot and everything is coated in sauce. Add cilantro, stir together, and remove the noodles from the heat.

4. Serve immediately, with extra cilantro, if you want.

Singer Prince died because of an Opioid Overdose - BBC

오전 9:33:00
The singer Prince died of an opioid overdose, a US law enforcement official has told the Associated Press news agency.

The official, who is close to the investigation, said this was established by tests after the singer's death on 21 April.

The 57-year-old star was found dead at his estate in Minneapolis.

Detectives have also questioned a doctor who saw Prince twice in the weeks before he died.

Since Prince's death, at the age of 57, a series of reports have given insight into his drug use. The report from Minneapolis Star Tribune cited sources, detailed how those around Prince tried to get him help, but ultimately, those efforts failed. For example, Prince's staff reached out to a physician to help treat him for an addiction to prescription pain mediation, the newspaper reported.

On April 15, on his way back to his Minnesota home following a concert in Atlanta, Prince's plane made an emergency stop in Illinois. The singer was found unconscious and given a drug used to combat suspected opioid overdoses.

Prince had spoken about struggling with childhood epilepsy, and friends said he had hip trouble. His former percussionist, Sheila E., told The Associated Press that Prince suffered the effects from years of jumping off risers and speakers on stage while wearing high heels.

There was always something kind of bothering him, as it does all of us, she said. I hurt every single day. You know we like athletes, we train, and we get hurt all the time. We have so many injuries.

The singer's death came two weeks after he canceled concerts at the Fox, saying he wasn't feeling well. He then played a pair of makeup shows April 14 in that city, apologizing to the crowd shortly after coming on stage.
